Pathways Agency LLC — Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pathway Portal (mypathwayhub.com), operated by Pathways Agency LLC ("Pathways," "we," "our," "us"), you ("Creator," "User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Pathway Portal is a creator management platform that provides training resources, community coordination, performance analytics, and related tools for creators working with Pathways Agency LLC. This includes optional integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok, through which Pathways may access account or performance data you explicitly authorize (for example, via TikTok Shop or TikTok Login Kit / Display API connections).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Pathway Portal. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Third-Party Platform Connections

Where you choose to connect a third-party account (such as TikTok) to Pathway Portal, you authorize Pathways to access the specific data scopes you approve during that connection process. You may revoke this access at any time through the third-party platform's own account settings, or by contacting us. Pathways' use of any data obtained through such connections is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the applicable third-party platform's developer terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pathway Portal to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with the platform's security or normal operation
• Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access

7. Content

Any content you submit to Pathway Portal (training submissions, comments, uploaded materials) remains yours, but you grant Pathways a license to use it as necessary to operate the platform and provide services to you.

8. Termination

Pathways may suspend or terminate access to Pathway Portal for violation of these terms or at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pathway Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pathways does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathways Agency LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms
