• Platform activity: training progress, comments, community engagement, and analytics generated through your use of Pathway Portal
• Third-party platform data: where you connect a TikTok account, we collect only the data covered by the scopes you explicitly authorize during that connection — for example, basic profile info, video performance metrics, and follower statistics available through TikTok Login Kit and Display API, or shop/affiliate data available through TikTok Shop Partner Center, depending on which integration you connect

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve Pathway Portal's features
• Deliver performance analytics and coaching insights to creators and their managers
• Coordinate community and training activities
• Communicate with you about your account or our services

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share data obtained through connected third-party accounts (such as TikTok) with any party outside Pathways Agency LLC, except as required to operate the platform (e.g., our hosting provider) or as required by law.

All application data is hosted on Render, a managed cloud infrastructure provider, in the Oregon (US West) region. Pathways does not operate its own physical servers. Data in transit to and from Pathway Portal is encrypted.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Choices

You may revoke any connected third-party platform authorization (such as a TikTok connection) at any time through that platform's own account settings. You may also request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data by contacting Pathways.

8. Children's Privacy

Pathway Portal is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
